Electrical & Automation Engineer

• Propose, follow up, and summarize improvement action plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support production and solve related issues.
• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
• Support automation projects such as Robot / Cobot, PLC.
• Prepare and update related documents such as drawings, layouts, WI, and control documents.

Qualifications: Age 20 years old and above. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineeringg, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields. 0–3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Automation. Basic knowledge of machines, measuring tools, Jig-Fixture, and production processes. Knowledge or experience in Automation, Robot / Cobot, PLC. Able to read or create mechanical/electrical drawings using AutoCAD or Solid Work. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related industrial standards will be an advantage Able to analyze data, summarize results, and present solutions systematically. Responsible, good teamwork, and able to work under pressure.
