Design Engineer

• Develop and test new models according to the development plan.
• Control and follow up new model development progress.
• Support cost reduction activities for new models.
• Prepare parts and compressors for testing and customer claims.
• Analyze test results and prepare development reports.
• Prepare and review DR, Drawing, FMEA, BOM, ECR, and BN&BR documents.
• Control and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience in design, product development, engineering, or related fields. Experience and knowledge in air-conditioning systems and product design, especially compressor design, would be an advantage. Able to prepare technical documents and development reports. Knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QC 7 Tools. Knowledge of international standards for electrical appliances, would be an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
