Design Development Assistant Manager

• Lead and manage Design Development and Testing activities, including project plans and action plans.
• Plan, monitor, and control projects to achieve company targets.
• Manage team performance, manpower, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to understand and respond to their requirements.
• Develop team members' skills and improve overall team capabilities.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency and achieve business goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in product design, product development, R&D, or a related engineering field. Knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QC 7 Tools, and FMEA. Experience in air-conditioning products, motor, or compressor design is preferred. Good knowledge of international product standards and regulations, such as IEC, TISI, CCC, WHS, KHK, and UL. Strong understanding of motor/compressor technology and product development. Good leadership, planning, problem-solving, and project management skills. Good communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
