The Position

As a Junior Business Insights Manager at Daiichi Sankyo, you will play

a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business through data-driven

decision-making. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to immerse

yourself in the complex and ever-evolving landscape of the industry,

contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve patient

outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data analysis and Interpretation

Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance

data to derive actionable insights

Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings

in a clear and compelling manner

Interpret complex data sets to identify business opportunities and

potential risks

Market research

Support the Nordic Brand manager and Nordic Business insights

Manager in conducting primary and secondary market research to

gather relevant information about the therapeutic areas

Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging

trends to inform strategic decision-making

Reporting and Dashboards

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance

indicators and deliver regular reports to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and

consistency across various reports

Competitive intelligence

Monitor and analyse competitor activities, pricing strategies, and

product launches to support business strategies

Provide insights on market positioning and possible areas for

differentiation

Forecasting and Predictive Modelling

Collaborate with the Nordic Business Insights manager to develop sales

forecasts and predictive models to support business planning

Evaluate and refine forecasting models based on actual performance

and market changes

Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, medical and market access to

understand their needs and provide insights that support their objectives

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to

key stakeholders

Professional experience

and personal skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, statistics, economics

or a related field

Previous experience in the industry or healthcare analysis is a plus

Proficient in data analysis tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when

necessary

Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and market

dynamic
