The Quality Assurance area is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality System, ensuring that the products manufactured, marketed, and exported by the Alphaville plant are within the required quality standards. It is also responsible for internal and external audits, supplier qualification, monitoring of sanitary authorities, investigations of customer complaints, evaluation of medicine returns from the market, establishment of Quality area contracts between partners and suppliers, and traceability of data and records throughout the entire production process. - Elaborate, review, and maintain production plans, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and service levels.
- Perform production capacity analyses, identifying constraints and proposing solutions to optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct alignment meetings with partner areas, such as Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics, ensuring efficient execution of the planning.
- Identify risks related to material supply and production capacity, developing action plans and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and parameterize planning data in the ERP (SAP), ensuring information reliability and adherence to processes.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), generating insights to support decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects, promoting gains in productivity, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
- Act proactively in resolving deviations from the production plan, ensuring compliance with business deadlines and goals.
Requirements and qualifications Education:
- Higher education completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related areas;
- Experience with SAP system;
- Knowledge of MRP and MPS;
- Language: Intermediate English.
