Responsibilities and assignments

• Monitor import and export processes;
• Interface with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers;
• Check shipping documentation;
• Update controls and indicators;
• Monitor shipping and clearance deadlines;
• Support processes with ANVISA and consenting bodies;
• Control logistics costs and import expenses;
• Interface with customers (customer service).

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Foreign Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related areas;
• Desirable specialization course in Foreign Trade;
• Intermediate/advanced English;
• Knowledge of import/export processes;
• Knowledge of Incoterms and foreign trade documentation;
• Notions of customs legislation;
• Intermediate Excel;
• SAP;
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical import;
• Knowledge of ANVISA processes;
• Desirable Spanish.
