ENGINEER (SITE QS)

Responsibilities: To assist project manager / director to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments. Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied. Prepare, review, verify bills of quantities. Verify quantities, progress payments Track variations and claims Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Familiar and able to understand general contracts and varioustender documents. Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction forvariation order Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issue Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities Requirements Singaporean ONLY Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, as a Quantity Surveyor for 3 -5 Years Work in Subcontractor environment is an advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 4 weeks.
