Within the DSI, you are the preferred partner for the Engineering teams and manage a strategic portfolio of applications covering the CAD, CAE, PLM, and Digital Engineering domains. You combine leadership, technical expertise, project management, and an innovation vision to support teams in their current and future challenges.
Your mission You are responsible for the performance, evolution, and transformation of the Engineering Applications domain.
The challenges we will tackle together:
- Manage and lead a team of Engineering experts and project managers.
- Define and drive the application roadmap in connection with the business units and PLM and Calculation managers.
- Guarantee the performance, availability, and evolution of the Engineering application portfolio.
- Drive digital transformation projects and support change management.
- Ensure the consistency of technical and functional choices for CAD, CAE, and PLM solutions.
- Develop a close relationship with business units and strategic partners.
- Identify and experiment with technological innovations, particularly around Artificial Intelligence applied to engineering.
Let's talk about you
- Graduated with a Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience in CAD, CAE, PLM, or Digital Engineering environments.
- You have successful experience in team management and complex project management.
- You possess solid expertise in Engineering applications, notably CATIA V5, and ideally other tools such as NX, SEE Electrical, or SolidWorks.
- Recognized for your leadership, strategic vision, and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams, you know how to balance technical proximity, sense of service, and results orientation.
- Professional English is indispensable.
