Job Environment

Within DAHER Aircraft SAS, you will join the Customer Support Department and report to the Aircraft Technical Documentation team in Tarbes (65). You will be primarily responsible for the production of aircraft maintenance documents (AMM/SRM/IPC/CMM/SB). Through your actions, you will contribute to the airworthiness of the fleet in service and the preservation of our customers' assets.

The challenges we will tackle together as part of your role:

Documentary Production ***Ensure detailed impact analyses and the processing of technical evolutions resulting from configuration management and the aircraft products & services policy.

• Interface with the various stakeholders in the process (Configuration Management, Engineering, Preparation, Spare Parts, Support). Write manuals / technical instructions in English following DAHER rules and simplified technical English.
• Supervise subcontractors and control the production of documentary content.
• Ensure the monitoring and traceability of manual evolutions. Ensure consistency between the different existing manuals and equipment manufacturer documentation.
• Contribute to the upgrade service offering, the creation of kits, the selection of spare parts, and aircraft maintenance - repair procedures.

Participation in the documentary roadmap ***Contribute to the improvement process of maintenance manuals and their digitalization by integrating new user needs and distribution media.

About You

Technical background (Bac+2/3) completed by 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of aeronautical technical writing. You master the creation and modification process of aircraft documentation and the writing in XML of structured documentation. You have good technical knowledge of aircraft systems and ATA/ASD standards, as well as solid knowledge of PLM, SAP, Framemaker, and technical illustration drawing tools. You are able to work in English (oral and written): a confirmed level is expected (a test may be offered to you). You enjoy working in a team and your synthesis and coordination skills are well-proven. You have a transverse vision of issues and demonstrate pragmatism, rigor, and organization.
