Rafale Vector Mechanic M/F - Middle East
The Industrial Services Division of the Daher Group offers its airframer clients the structural and mechanical assembly of complex sub-assemblies, equipment installation, and maintenance. It supports its clients throughout their production cycle, directly on their production lines or ex-situ, thereby ensuring constant support.
You will join our defense division within our teams in the Middle East for a mission of at least 2 years.
The challenges we will tackle together:
- Tutor export technician trainees on the Dassault-Aviation RAFALE aircraft, in order to make them capable of performing aircraft implementation as well as first-line maintenance tasks and tasks within their specialty.
- OJT progression will be carried out in the personal tracking booklet provided by Dassault-Aviation (one type per specialty) gathering the tasks to be performed while ensuring the reinforcement of the following skills:
- Best practices for implementation and maintenance
- Knowledge of aeronautical safety rules
- Personnel and equipment safety
- Application of directives ordered by the manufacturer
- Teamwork
- Use of tooling
- Compliance with standards
- Good understanding and compliance with maintenance procedures
- Monitoring of operations undertaken on the client's fleet tracking software

All necessary documentary and IT resources are provided by Dassault-Aviation.

Confirmed experience as an aircraft technician on Rafale and initial experience in team support is required.
Have a sense of pedagogy and "diplomacy" when in contact with the client; Possess the ability to work in a team, coordinate, and lead a group; Interact easily in English; Master Microsoft Office and Field6 IT tools; Have professional ethics and a sense of confidentiality.
