Within the DSI, you will join the HRIS & Corporate IT competence center (11 employees), responsible for managing and evolving applications covering the HR, Quality & HSE, Sustainability, and Corporate domains. Reporting to the Competence Center Manager, you will lead a team of 4 employees and ensure the smooth operation and evolution of a portfolio of strategic applications (HR (excluding Workday), Quality-HSE, Sustainability, and Corporate). Your activity is divided between the operational management of the team (40%) and IT project management (60%). The challenges we will tackle together Management and coordination Supervise and lead a team of 4 people (functional administrators, functional consultants) Prioritize requests and monitor the progress of the team's tasks and projects, managing workload/capacity in agreement with the center manager Work closely with the DSI architect to define best practices and guarantee configuration standardization Ensure the application of IT standards and processes. Manage projects, application evolutions, and ensure IT support Collect and challenge business needs. Manage application evolutions, from scoping to production. Supervise testing phases and guarantee the quality of solutions. Ensure the follow-up of level 2/3 incidents and the operational maintenance of applications. Let's talk about you
You have solid experience within a DSI and wish to leverage your expertise in managing business applications, project management, and supporting teams in an international environment.
Your technical prerequisites
- Higher education in computer science or information systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS applications and application management.
- Solid experience in IT project management and RUN management.
- Fluent professional English.
