IT Project Manager m/f (M/F)

Reporting to the Project Center Service Manager, within the Operational Excellence department, your mission will be to frame, specify, organize, and plan the implementation of an IT project from its pre-project phase through to the transition to RUN, relying on internal or external resources.
Thus, to support our growth, we are looking for a confirmed IT Project Manager.
The challenges we will tackle together:
- Take charge of the project from the expression of needs to the project closure
- Respect and monitor project indicators: cost, quality, deadlines
- Apply the IT project methodology: pre-project, framing, analysis and design, testing and acceptance, deployment, closure/REX, change management, and communication
- Perform project steering actions: monitor the budget, monitor project risks, steer project instances (monitoring committee, technical committee, steering committee, Gate transition committee...), alert and escalate to hierarchy and the sponsor, report within the project portfolio
- Ensure that all mandatory deliverables are completed and validated at the validation instances to secure the transition to RUN
- Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the project team and all project stakeholders
- Lead international multi-domain projects: Avion, Engineering, Industrie, Logistique, Service Industriel, SIRH, Qualité, Finance, Achat.
Position can be based in Tours or Orly depending on candidate preference.
Let's talk about you With a Master's degree (Bac 5), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and possess the following skills:
- You are an expert in the V-cycle project methodology, have knowledge of the Agile PM project methodology, and are rigorous in the application of these methods.
- You have operational qualities allowing you to easily understand multi-domain business issues while acting as a pilot for multi-projects.
- A leader at heart, you enjoy teamwork and appreciate being challenged by supportive sponsors.
- You possess analytical and synthesis skills as well as good writing skills.
- Proficiency in English is indispensable (minimum B2) to work with international teams.
- Microsoft Office Pack is no secret to you.
