The challenges we will tackle together
- Establish quotations as part of routine operations
- Register customer orders (file opening)
- Conduct contract reviews (feasibility of the service)
- Negotiate and place orders with suppliers approved by DAHER (subject to expenditure commitment authorizations)
- Organize the transport of goods: Collect shipping documents and compile the service file
- Prepare customs files
- Monitor the smooth running of the service and inform the client
- Record any anomalies, handle them within the limits of their responsibilities, and inform their management
- Manage damages and disputes (reservations) and transmit to the insurance manager
- Invoice the client, approve supplier invoices, then close and archive the file after performing a global control of the service provided to the client
- Master the quality of client/agent relations in compliance with contracts
- Maintain good relations with the clientele by being the sole interlocutor for one or more clients
- Maintain a direct relationship with customer follow-up services and report activity to management
- Ensure the interface with commercial services
- Ensure the interface with accounting services
Let's talk about you:
With a higher education background in Transport, Logistics, or International Trade (Bac+2), you ideally have 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding.
Fluent English is essential (daily exchanges with international clients, partners, and service providers).
