The Industrial Services Division of the Daher Group offers its aircraft manufacturer clients structural and mechanical assembly of complex sub-assemblies, equipment installation, and maintenance. It supports its clients throughout their production cycle, directly on their production lines or ex-situ, thereby ensuring constant support.
The job environment
We are looking for our future Aeronautical Quality Inspector M/F to join our client's site in Marignane, the world's leading manufacturer of civil helicopters and one of the main manufacturers of military helicopters.
The position is a production role. Reporting to the team coordinator, your main missions will be to inspect the conformity of the assembly and the structural elements of the helicopter.
Hours: shift work position (possibility of 2*8 and night shifts)
The challenges we will tackle together:
- Control and inspect sub-assemblies as well as the assembly of the helicopter structure.
- Issue rework requests and control their execution if necessary.
- Be the primary contact for related sectors (BE, preparation, production) for any qualitative aspect of parts.
- Validate manufacturing documents in line with planning objectives regarding deadlines and conformity.
- Write non-conformity reports, proposals, and deployment of corrective actions.
- Know the hygiene and safety rules specific to your interventions.
- Report your work to your client and your local management.
Let's talk about you:
With a Bac or Bac +2/3 education You must imperatively demonstrate experience in the aeronautical production sector in a structure quality inspector position. Experience as a fitter on the H175 or the Super Puma is also appreciated (if experience is as a fitter and not a quality inspector, knowledge of one of these two aircraft is imperative). You master the use of 2D measurement equipment: caliper, bore gauge, probe, roughness tester, etc. Technical English (reading) You master the reading of plans and technical documents, and standards.
