Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

Monitor compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, NAFDAC, and other applicable quality standards.

Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation, records, and procedures.

Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.

Conduct quality checks and investigations to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with departments to ensure products and processes meet established quality requirements.

Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.

Prepare quality reports, maintain compliance records, and provide support for regulatory submissions and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with At least 1 year of QA/QC or manufacturing experience. Knowledge of GMP and NAFDAC is an advantage. Strong documentation, Attention to detail, and computer skills required. Must be willing to learn and grow with the company.
