Job description

As Supply Chain Planner Brazil, you are responsible for organizing and optimally designing the entire logistical chain for the package of items assigned to you. You realize maximum material availability at minimum integral costs.

• You have a pro-active role between the customers in Brazil, and (external and) internal suppliers: Plaat Komponenten Fabriek and Revisie Werkplaats
• You are pro-active and take initiatives to minimize disruptions by meticulously managing and following up on actions at the supplier and/or through alternative actions such as extra transport, or adjusting the planning;
• Supply Chain Management of packaging for the Verpakken & Verzenden department (CKD and Components) and the Revisie Werkplaats (BAP parts). Including maintaining contacts with the packaging suppliers.
• Initiating actions that lead to a continuous improvement of logistical performance, including through the use of 6 sigma tools.

As Supply Chain Planner Brazil, you report to the Manager Fysiek Materiaal Beheer.

Your profile

• Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in a business administration or logistics direction;
• You have good knowledge of English (knowledge of German is a plus) and possess good communication skills;
• You are a creative team player with a strongly developed analytical ability who intervenes in a timely manner and shows perseverance to guarantee production progress and meet inventory objectives.
