QS Manager [Salary: $1,500–$2,500/month]

• Design & Drawing Review: Review construction drawings, specifications, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
• Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and value engineering.
• Tendering & Bidding: Prepare tender documents, request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, including initial, bidding, and revised budgets;...
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• 7+ years of QS experience, including 5+ years in infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English; Vietnamese preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and relevant QS/cost-management systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and open-minded.
