A Fast-Growing AI Infrastructure Company | Singapore About the Role Our client is a well-funded AI infrastructure company operating across multiple international markets, with a strong focus on building scalable, high-performance computing environments. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre-related materials. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end  procurement and supply chain operations  for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre infrastructure materials across multiple regions Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable and competitive supplier network to support business growth and operational continuity Lead RFQ processes, quotation evaluations, price negotiations, and  contract management  activities to secure competitive and commercially sound agreements Oversee purchase orders, supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment Manage international trade processes including Incoterms, customs clearance, and  import/export logistics  across cross-border supply chains Conduct cost analyses and proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimisation Monitor inventory levels and lead times to maintain adequate supply while minimising excess stockholding Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and cross-regional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain execution Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in cross-border procurement, supply chain, or import/export operations

Demonstrated experience sourcing  IT hardware  such as servers, GPUs, networking equipment, or data centre infrastructure  (is a bonus) Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQ processes, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and vendor management, paired with solid capabilities in cost analysis and inventory management Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international logistics frameworks Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders based in Chinese-speaking regions
