Senior PR & Communications Manager / Director

Role Overview

As the company continues to expand its product capabilities and industry influence, we are looking for a Senior PR & Communications professional with a strong technology background and an international perspective .

This role will lead the company's brand reputation, media relations and marketing communications , helping to establish a professional and influential global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's PR and marketing communications strategy , covering media relations, content marketing and industry events.
• Lead external communications including press releases, product launches, fundraising announcements and strategic partnership announcements .
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, industry analysts and KOLs , increasing the company's visibility within the AI industry.
• Manage content across owned channels, including the company website, X, LinkedIn, WeChat and technical blogs .
• Plan and execute major marketing initiatives such as product launches, industry conferences, customer events and partner events .
• Establish crisis communications and reputation management processes and respond to potential brand or reputational risks.
• Work closely with senior management, Product, Research, BD and HR teams to ensure consistent external messaging and positioning.
• Manage PR and marketing budgets and coordinate with external PR agencies and other partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 8+ years of experience in PR, communications or marketing , including at least 3 years in the technology industry such as AI, LLMs or enterprise software.
• International working experience with the ability to independently manage overseas media relations and cross-border collaboration .
• Established network across technology/financial media, industry analysts and relevant KOLs .
• Strong content development and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into clear and compelling external messaging .
• Proven experience planning and executing mid-to-large-scale marketing and industry events .
• Strong crisis communications and reputation management experience, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure.

Preferred / Plus

• Experience with an AI / LLM company , leading technology media organisation or established PR/communications agency.
• Overseas study or work experience, or experience working within a multinational marketing/PR team .
• Experience building a company's PR and brand communications function from 0 to 1 .
• Experience in fundraising communications, IPO communications or investor-related PR .
