Senior/Algorithm Engineer (Technology)

This Senior Algorithm Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge algorithms that directly impact millions of users' experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of core matching and recommendation algorithms to continuously improve key performance metrics
• Drive algorithm-powered initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes across multiple product verticals
• Own the complete model development lifecycle from data processing and feature engineering to model training and deployment monitoring
• Analyze product performance data to identify algorithmic gaps and propose data-driven improvement strategies for implementation
• Research emerging deep learning techniques and adapt cutting-edge methodologies to solve real-world business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
• Monitor algorithm performance and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model improvements
• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines to support rapid experimentation and model iteration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field with 2+ years of hands-on algorithm development experience
• Strong foundation in recommendation systems, search algorithms, or advertising optimization with proven track record in similar domains
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles with expertise in causal inference, time series forecasting, multi-task learning, or reinforcement learning (is a bonus)
• Proficiency in mainstream machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Experience with online learning systems and real-time algorithm deployment (is a bonus)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with high sensitivity to data patterns and business metrics
