Operations Manager for AI Startup
About the role
We're hiring for an early-stage AI company in Singapore building data infrastructure for robotics and physical AI — think of the role as the operational right hand to the CEO.

What you'll own:
- Setting up new entities and operating structures as the company expands internationally
- Running day-to-day coordination between Singapore HQ and teams across other markets
- Being the connective tissue across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Admin
- Building approval workflows, finance processes, hiring processes, and admin systems from the ground up
- Deciding what tools/systems the company actually needs as it scales
- Taking the company from ad-hoc firefighting to real process to scalable systems
Requirements:
- Startup or high-growth company background would be a strong plus
- A generalist who moves work forward across functions without waiting to be asked
- Has actually built something from 0→1 before — not just operated inside an existing system
- Hands-on and execution-focused
