In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate complex operational needs into effective system solutions. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across relevant functions
- Recommend and evaluate effective ERP solutions aligned with business objectives
- Verify and validate business requirements against functional specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Act as the key liaison between technical development teams and business users or clients
- Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test plans to ensure solution quality
- Deliver ERP system training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and knowledge transfer
- Support the design and improvement of business processes and system workflows
- Contribute to new project rollouts and ongoing system enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP Financial Modules (e.g. AP, AR, GL, or related functions)
- Background in computer science or software engineering, with solid technical fundamentals
- Proficiency in prototyping and diagramming tools (e.g. Axure, XMind) as well as standard office productivity software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive service mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts in China
- Experience in the technology, fintech, or digital infrastructure sector (is a bonus)
