In order to provide our customers with the full benefit of a wide range of services, Dachser offers high-quality logistics warehousing solutions. Composed of logistics experts, our teams are capable of designing and organizing the best solutions to meet the most complex and demanding problems of our customers. Do you want to provide customers with a tailor-made response adapted to their needs?

Within our Bolbec and Le Grand Quevilly agency, specialized in transport and warehousing logistics, your main mission will be to be the referent for Dachser warehouse management processes.

As an Applications and Process Officer (DEWO) M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Advise operational staff in the implementation of projects related to logistics operations, the Mikado system, and new applications,
• Assist and advise operational staff from different departments (production, customer service...) in order to respond to their issues,
• Support and train system users according to their needs,
• Be the essential link in the deployment of new customers on our logistics sites,
• Exchange with European counterparts regarding news, processes, application developments, etc.,
• Lead group training sessions (Mikado for Beginners, ...),
• Be proactive in proposing innovations to evolve the system and our company.

What is Mikado? The Mikado system is an internal software designed by the Dachser group for the full management of Dachser warehouse management processes.

What is a DEWO? The DEWO (Dachser Expert Warehouse Operations) is a reference person for the MIKADO system and Dachser Logistics processes. This essential element has a role of support and assistance towards the employees of the economic zone. Versatile, they are trained and have the opportunity to exchange with their European counterparts regarding news, processes, application developments, etc.

Profile

With higher education in transport or logistics, you benefit from an initial experience that has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in the field of logistics.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and possess strong writing and oral skills.

You have a good command of office tools.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are versatile, methodical, pedagogical, and open-minded. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
