Mission Description

Position to be filled in CDI.

In order to provide our customers with the full benefit of a wide range of services, Dachser offers high-quality logistics warehousing solutions. Composed of logistics experts, our teams are capable of designing and organizing the best solutions to meet the most complex and demanding problems of our customers. Do you want to provide customers with a tailor-made response adapted to their needs?

Within our St Laurent Blangy agency, specialized in warehousing logistics, your main mission will be the steering and management of the site's production activities.

As Operations Manager M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Lead and coordinate personnel within the framework of social regulations,
• Organize and plan the workload in compliance with current rules,
• Analyze, define, and implement structural operational needs in agreement with management,
• Optimize production costs and respect processes and quality standards,
• Monitor the maintenance of premises and operational equipment,
• Analyze performance indicators,
• Implement and monitor action plans,
• Ensure the technical relationship with customers and provide solutions within the framework of the specifications.

Profile

With higher education in logistics, you benefit from a minimum of 4 years of experience which has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in the field of logistics and management.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.

You master the techniques and tools of warehousing logistics as well as safety standards. You have knowledge regarding social legislation and project management. You also possess a good mastery of office tools.

Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, committed, adaptable, and have a sense of priorities. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
