Mission Description
Position to be filled in CDI in Bolbec
In order to provide our customers with the full benefit of a wide range of services, Dachser offers high-quality logistics warehousing solutions. Composed of logistics experts, our teams are able to design and organize the best solutions to meet the most complex and demanding problems of our customers. Do you want to provide customers with a tailor-made response adapted to their needs?
Within our Bolbec agency, your main mission will be the animation and management of a team of logistics operators to ensure the requested services are provided within the framework of current procedures.
As a Team Leader M/F, your tasks will be to:
- Lead a team of operators in compliance with the labor code (maximum working time, night work, ...),
- Plan and anticipate the resources necessary for the proper execution of the work,
- Organize work in accordance with procedures and specifications,
- Control the work performed,
- Respect the goods entrusted by our customers,
- Welcome and integrate hired or temporary staff,
- Respect the procedures and rules in force within the site, in particular hygiene and safety instructions and the use of handling equipment,
- Participate in improving productivity and service quality,
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the proper fulfillment of the service,
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse,
- Organize and/or participate in inventories.
Profile
With higher education in transport or logistics, you benefit from 2 years of experience which has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in the field of logistics and management.
As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.
You master logistics techniques and tools as well as IT tools (WMS...) and business technologies (radio, automate...) You also master the driving of handling equipment. You possess a good mastery of office tools.
Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, organized, adaptable, and reactive. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.
Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
