Do you want to contribute to the development of our customers by managing international freight flows?

Within our Combronde Hub (63) and directly reporting to the dock manager of the Eurohub Combronde (European transit platform), you will be responsible for managing all operational activities, supervising human and material actions, and guaranteeing the quality of work and employee safety.

As a Team Leader M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Lead your team.
• Organize handling, loading/unloading operations in compliance with the company's safety and quality procedures.
• Analyze human resource needs based on variations in activity flows.
• Monitor performance indicators.
• Manage and optimize handling equipment.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure the proper execution of the service.

Profile

With training in Transport / Logistics, you benefit from a first experience that has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in dock activity.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.

You have technical knowledge in production (Loading, unloading, scans...).

You also possess a good mastery of office tools.

Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are reactive, organized, methodical, and have an appetite for teamwork. Your increased sense of transport operations, your ability to lead, and your decision-making skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and how to manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, branches, and subsidiaries of the group.
