Mission Description

Position to be filled in CDI in CHANVERRIE (85) As an intercontinental air and sea freight partner, DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics offers a wide range of products and services adapted to global flows with globalized purchasing/distribution across all industrial sectors. Within our CHANVERRIE agency specializing in maritime import transport of Industrial freight, your main mission, as a MARITIME IMPORT PRODUCTION (FCL) transit employee, will be to set up and follow in their entirety the MARITIME IMPORT files coming from all over the world. As a MARITIME IMPORT PRODUCTION TRANSIT AGENT M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Organize delivery to the final recipient (choice of carrier: Dachser network, Chartering, express)
• Select solutions based on the Quality / Price / Customer Need ratio
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the file
• Verify the consistency, logic and feasibility of the file (entry of purchase provisions, updating file statuses)
• Respect and follow procedures and SOP
• Ensure a professional and cordial relationship with customers and suppliers

Profile

With higher education in transport / logistics, you benefit from a minimum of 2 years of experience in maritime transit

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills. You possess good oral and written communication.

You also have a good command of office tools.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, reactive and have a sense of service. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies and subsidiaries of the group.
