Mission Description

Position to be filled in CDI.

Do you want to contribute to the development of our customers by managing international freight flows?

Within our Combronde agency, which specializes in European road freight transport for industrial goods, you will be directly under the responsibility of Kevin, within our team composed of transport operations professionals. Your main missions will be to ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of the tour planning and to handle anomalies.

As a Dispatcher M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Organize tours,
• Optimize tours (gross / net tours),

• Ensure the management of pickups,
• Follow Dachser imperatives and products,

• Handle anomalies in relation with customers, drivers, customer service, and the sales department,
• Manage driver departures and on-board IT tools (PDA)

• Make appointments with consignees.

Profile

With higher education in Transport/Logistics, you benefit from experience that has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in transport operations.

You master messaging techniques and tools.

You also possess a good command of office tools (Word, Excel).

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, tenacious, and know how to demonstrate flexibility. Your sense of teamwork and your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
