Mission Description

Position to be filled in CDI.

Do you wish to contribute to the development of our customers by managing international goods flows?

Within our La Verrie agency, specialized in European industrial freight transport by road, you will be under the responsibility of the Departures Manager and you will manage a team composed of departure and export production professionals.

As a Coordinator M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Organization and coordination of the Departure service
• Monitoring the optimization of Maghreb, Orient CIS loadings
• Guarantor of processes and deadlines sold to customers
• Loading quality compliance
• Interlocutor for agencies in France, Maghreb, Orient, CIS
• Adapting resources according to volume and activity
• Monitoring of immobilizations
• Monitoring of embarcations
• Monitoring of exports and loading plans
• Organization of exports and loading plans.

Profile

With higher education in Transport, you benefit from experience that has allowed you to develop and put your expertise into practice.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.

You master transport and English.

You also possess a good mastery of office tools.

Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are dynamic, curious, and reactive. Your increased sense of transport operations and your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and how to manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
