Based at our WISSOUS agency and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will support the sales team in the analysis and development of pricing studies and the management of responses to calls for tenders.
You will begin your role with an integration period that will help you effectively accomplish your new missions. All this with the objective of familiarizing you with our company and its DNA, through tools, processes, rules, our information systems, as well as our cost calculation.
As a Transport Commercial Studies Officer, your tasks will be: Respond to RFIs (Request For Information): preliminary information request prior to the call for tenders Process calls for tenders for the economic zone: collection and analysis of technical data, analysis of specifications Analyze and develop pricing studies in line with the company strategy Participate in client presentations as technical support for the sales team Perform pricing simulations: general increase, specific studies, ... Update pricing grids and client annexes Analyze and monitor the profitability of a client portfolio in collaboration with the Management Controller Support and advise the sales team.
To successfully carry out your mission, you will work in close collaboration with the various services of the economic zone as well as the support services of the headquarters.
Profile
With higher education in commerce, transport/logistics, or management/finance, you benefit from a first experience in pricing studies, commercial management control, data analysis, or project management which has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in commerce.
As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English (B2 level) and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.
You enjoy manipulating and making sense of figures and you also possess a good mastery of the main office tools, notably Excel (VBA desired).
You also possess a good mastery of office tools.
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are organized. Your analytical capacity, your sense of synthesis, and your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.
Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
