Air Freight Agent (M/F)

Within our agency in Strasbourg specializing in air / maritime transport of industrial freight, you will be directly responsible to the Air Transport Production Manager. Your main mission will be to set up and follow through in their entirety the air import/export files arriving from and destined for the entire world.

As an air export transit agent (m/f), your tasks will be to:

• set up and follow through in their entirety the air export files.
• select solutions based on the quality/price/customer need ratio.
• verify the consistency, logic, and feasibility of the file.
• respect and follow procedures and SOP.
• ensure a professional and cordial relationship with customers and suppliers.

With higher education in transport / logistics, you benefit from a first experience that has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in the field. As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills. You benefit from good oral and written communication. You also possess a good command of office tools.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, reactive, and have a sense of service. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities. Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
