Tasks You support our field service team in the preparation and follow-up of customer visits. With your professional telephone acquisition, you actively contribute to targeting new customers and schedule meeting appointments for our field service. You are the first point of contact for our customer concerns, receiving incoming inquiries and coordinating clarification with our specialist departments. You create appealing offers, presentations, term reports, and evaluations to actively support our sales activities. The implementation of our various sales campaigns and projects rounds off your diverse field of activity.

Qualifications You have successfully completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or bring valuable commercial professional experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. You handle MS-Office programs, especially Word and Excel, professionally and confidently. You have good English skills, with any additional language being an advantage. You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation and always have an open ear for our customers' concerns. In addition, you convince with confident communication and telephone behavior.
