• You will independently ensure the proper processing of sea freight export shipments in compliance with customs and legal requirements.
• You will plan and organize transport processes in the area of Sea Freight Export, taking all modes of transport into account.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for shipment tracking and rate negotiations.
• You will support and advise our customers worldwide and correspond internationally within our DACHSER network as well as with our partners.
• On your own responsibility, you will process complaints, develop customer-oriented solutions, and serve as the contact person for correct billing and invoicing.
• You have completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a comparable commercial training with forwarding experience.
• Ideally, you possess initial experience in the forwarding environment.
• You have already been able to demonstrate your competent conversation and negotiation skills and also enjoy communicating with customers.
• Your profile is complemented by good English and MS Office skills.
• You are characterized by a team-oriented, flexible, and reliable demeanor.
