• You are responsible for creating all ad-hoc inquiries and daily price offers for the branch.
• The independent processing of incoming inquiry requests as well as the creation of ad-hoc offers, network offers, and tenders is part of your daily area of responsibility.
• You support the calculation and development of market-oriented transport solutions in the field of air and sea freight.
• You correspond in a target-group-oriented manner with our customers and business partners and always promote the establishment and maintenance of our customer relationships.
• You work closely with the operational specialist departments and support the transfer of customers to the operational departments.
• You have completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a comparable commercial training with forwarding experience.
• You possess experience in the forwarding environment of air and sea freight.
• You have already been able to demonstrate your competent conversation and negotiation skills and also enjoy communicating with customers.
• Your profile is supplemented by good English and MS Office skills and a high affinity for numbers.
