• You organize and control Air Freight Import shipments under your own responsibility in accordance with our quality requirements, while considering economic and customer-oriented aspects.
• You participate in import customs clearance, process the forwarding book, and are responsible for the documentation and billing of shipments.
• You arrange goods delivery, independently conduct rate negotiations with hauliers, and are responsible for complaint management.
• You support and advise your customer base along the transport chain, prepare ad-hoc offers, and correspond internationally with our DACHSER branches and our partners.
• You have successfully completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a comparable commercial vocational training and also possess sound forwarding experience.
• You possess application-proven customs knowledge.
• You have business-fluent command of the English language in speaking and writing.
• You enjoy working in a team, act responsibly, and have an open and reliable demeanor.
