• With your intuition for opportunities, you continuously identify new potential customers.
• Through your dynamic and convincing approach on the phone, you ensure that our field service teams regularly receive qualified appointments.
• You are responsible for the calculation and creation of offers as well as the follow-up of offers.
• You create up-to-date price offers, track their status, and support operational tasks.
• You carefully document your sales results in our modern CRM-System.
• You manage the entire existing customer base and are responsible for your own customers from A to Z.
• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation and presentations as well as for the implementation of mailing campaigns.
• You have successfully completed commercial training (e.g., Speditionskaufleute (m/f/d), Versicherungskaufleute (m/f/d), Einzelhandelskaufleute (m/f/d), Kaufleute für Dialogmarketing (m/f/d)).
• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in inside sales or sales.
• You are willing to learn and are interested in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• You have good MS-Office as well as good English skills.
• You have a strong service and customer orientation.
• You appreciate a dynamic environment and are characterized by a committed, independent, and responsible way of working.
• You are enthusiastic about challenges and enjoy winning new customers for DACHSER.
• Negotiation skills and communication strength round off your profile.
• Enjoy a 38-hour week from Monday to Friday with precise time tracking.
