• You process the internal and external complaints of our customers.
• Shipment tracking and interface control fall within your area of responsibility.
• You are also responsible for the support and advice of our customers regarding various inquiries.
• You take over and administratively support the Quality Management area.
• In your daily routine, you work closely with colleagues from Disposition, Import, Export, and Zoll to achieve an ideal result for our customers.
• You have completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or another commercial training and have professional experience in the area of Customer Service.
• Your English skills are very good.
• You are proficient in using MS Office products (especially Excel and Word).
• Good communication and telephone etiquette, along with your solution- and team-oriented approach, characterize you.
