• You check and integrate EDI data.
• You transfer data from customer forwarding orders available in paper form into our IT system and record shipment data.
• You determine and enter further customer-specific information and mandatory details such as dimensions, goods values, and billing modalities.
• You scan waybills and store them in a digital archive.
• The framework working hours are between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM; readiness to work in the late afternoon is required.
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
• You possess good IT skills, especially MS-Office.
• Good English skills are required.
• You work reliably and quickly.
• Ideally, you can demonstrate an ADR basic qualification.
• You are characterized by high flexibility and commitment.
