• Administrative processing of forwarding tasks with a focus on dispatch
• Active communication with employees in the transshipment hall and drivers
• Checking of export documents (Norway - Switzerland - Great Britain)
• Recording and sending data/data transfer
• Checking of legally prescribed documents and papers
• Advising on platforms and shipments in the receiving house
• Other administrative activities for groupage outbound
• Forwarding training ideally as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung as well as career changers
• Good communication skills with drivers and employees
• Good knowledge of the MS-Office programs Word and Excel
• English in spoken and written form
• Goal-oriented, independent way of working in a team
