• You process shipment-related irregularities and take over shipment tracking.
• You support and advise our customers in day-to-day business - competently and service-oriented.
• You monitor interfaces and ensure a smooth process.
• You document deviations in the Transit Terminal completely and conscientiously.
• You have training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, as a Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or a comparable commercial training with experience in freight forwarding.
• You are characterized by a strong service mentality and customer orientation.
• Your way of working is independent, structured, and reliable.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively.
• Handling IT systems comes easily to you.
• You have good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
