• You will take over the complete processing and customs clearance of export shipments in compliance with all legal, customs-related, and internal requirements.
• You will independently execute shipping line orders and container packing orders.
• You will track shipments from collection to arrival at the destination.
• You will handle the processing of dangerous goods.
• You will process complaints in a solution-oriented manner within the scope of your responsibility.
• You will communicate professionally with internal departments, customers, shipping lines, and other partners.
• You will perform customer-specific reporting.
• You have commercial training, ideally specializing in international freight forwarding logistics.
• You have professional experience in the field of export and, ideally, knowledge in the field of dangerous goods.
• You have good IT skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
• You work precisely and have an eye for detail.
• You bring motivation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• You think in a process- and solution-oriented manner with a view to overall contexts.
