• You actively drive process optimization in the area of EDI and digitalization and independently take responsibility for projects within the company as well as with our customers.
• You support our team in supporting our locations in the greater Munich area in diverse First-Level-Support.
• You ensure that our IT solutions work smoothly for customers and employees - supported by a Help Desk Service Tool and an experienced specialist team.
• You assist in the provision of hardware and software, thereby ensuring smooth operations at our locations.
• You undertake administrative and commercial tasks, such as the management of hardware and software as well as the control of service provider invoices.
• You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with professional experience in a freight forwarding company or in an IT environment.
• You have sound knowledge of MS-Windows systems and common MS-Office products/M365.
• Ideally, you bring initial experience in the area of EDI.
• Professional communication and telephone behavior are a matter of course for you.
• You have good English skills.
• You possess a Class B driver's license.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and organizational talent characterize you.
