• In this role, you bear the economic and qualitative responsibility for local transport in the Food Logistics area at our location.
• You regularly evaluate relevant key figures, monitor them, and are responsible for quality assurance in your area with the goal of optimizing results.
• You ensure proactive resource planning.
• Your area of responsibility also includes the continuous further development of all relevant processes as well as the interfaces with adjacent departments.
• You implement internal company specifications with a focus on quality.
• Furthermore, you assume technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the area and develop them in a targeted manner.
• You have a completed degree in business administration with a focus on transport and logistics as well as experience in local transport. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.
• In the course of your previous activities, you have also already gained technical and disciplinary leadership experience.
• You have very good English skills.
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong affinity for processes round off your profile.
