• You are responsible for controlling the administrative processes in the warehouse.
• You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the employees in your department and develop them further.
• You plan the working hours of the employees in your department.
• You control the administrative warehouse processes from the perspectives of cost, quality, and service.
• You participate in daily production meetings.
• You coordinate the administrative processes with the contract logistics customers.
• You create the key figures for the warehouse processes and prepare the billing.
• You organize the administrative preparation of inventories and carry them out.

• You have completed commercial vocational training, preferably as Kaufmann (m/f/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen.
• You possess English language skills at level B1.
• You have specialist professional experience in the area of administrative processes.
