• You are responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of your team as well as the onboarding and training of new employees and apprentices.
• This includes personnel planning, conducting employee appraisals, and active potential development.
• In the event of internal and external complaints, you develop customer-oriented solutions and ensure the smooth processing of transports.
• Quality and customer satisfaction are always the top priority.
• You think outside the box and actively contribute ideas to optimize processes within your department and at relevant interfaces.
• You take on tasks from day-to-day business and are constantly in exchange with cross-departmental departments.
• You have completed training, ideally as Kaufmann (m/f/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung and / or further training / studies in the field of Logistics / Transport.
• You bring sound professional experience in freight forwarding and ideally leadership experience.
• You work goal-oriented and keep quality and economic efficiency in mind.
• You maintain an overview and react to challenges flexibly and in a solution-oriented manner.
• As a leader, you are a role model and can motivate yourself and others.
• Customer conversations and email correspondence in English pose no problem for you.
