• You dispatch groupage, partial, and complete loads, taking into account legal and contractual requirements as well as economic capacity utilization.
• The support and control of permanently assigned charter vehicles are part of your area of responsibility.
• You process daily price inquiries and create forwarding orders for transport entrepreneurs.
• You are responsible for time slot bookings or the notification of the orders to be dispatched.
• As a competent contact person, you support our customers, partners, and drivers.
• You are in close exchange with other departments such as dispatching, handling, and loading.
• You have completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a commercial training and relevant professional experience in dispatching, preferably in long-distance transport.
• You have good written and spoken English skills. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Your way of working is characterized by service orientation, quality awareness, and independence.
• You convince through your communication skills, organizational talent, and teamwork skills.
