• Active support and assistance for new and existing customers in daily operations
• Building and maintaining personal customer contacts through regular participation in customer meetings and on-site visits
• Accompanying the entire transport process and imparting logistical knowledge
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through fast and competent processing of inquiries and concerns
• Close cooperation with various specialist departments to create mutual added value between customers and colleagues
• Corrective interventions in daily operations using a reporting system
• Vocational training: Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen or comparable qualification
• Proficient use of MS-Office programs and common communication tools
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
