Tech Lead Full Stack (M/F)

Within our IT Hub in Chanverrie, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding IT team. You will contribute to DACHSER's global-scale IT projects that shape the future of logistics.

As a Tech Lead Full Stack, you will play a key role in architectural choices, code quality, and supporting development teams.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Be the technical reference for our technology stack

• Participate in the definition of application architectures (scalability, performance, security)
• Guarantee code quality through code reviews, best practices, testing, and standards

• Support and advance the team's developers
• Contribute to technological choices and technical monitoring

• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and business teams

• Work on Java Spring Boot and Angular applications in containerized and orchestrated environments (Docker / Kubernetes)

Profile sought

Higher degree in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent)

Experience in Java development and a desire to evolve into a technical lead role

Very good mastery of modern web architectures

Understanding of microservices architectures in a Docker / Kubernetes environment

Experience with architecture, performance, and security issues

A taste for knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Professional English is essential to collaborate with international teams
