Within our BOLBEC agency specializing in maritime import transport of Industrial freight, your main mission, as a maritime IMPORT (FCL) transit clerk, will be to set up and follow through to completion all maritime IMPORT FCL files arriving from around the world. As a maritime IMPORT TRANSIT AGENT M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Set up and follow through to completion maritime files arriving from around the world
• Select solutions based on the Quality / Price / Customer Need ratio
• Verify the consistency, logic, and feasibility of the file
• Respect and follow procedures and SOP
• Ensure a professional and cordial relationship with customers and suppliers

With higher education in transport / logistics, you benefit from a minimum of 2 years of experience in maritime transit.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills. You possess good oral and written communication skills.

You also have a good command of office tools.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, reactive, and have a sense of service. Your listening skills make you a preferred interlocutor. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.

Internally, you also know how to work in collaboration with all the services, agencies, and subsidiaries of the group.
