Customs Declarant (M/F)

Position to be filled on a CDI basis.

Within our headquarters in Chanverrie and reporting directly to the Operations Department, your missions as a Customs Declarant will be as follows:

• Establish import/export customs declarations
• Communicate with other operations departments to ensure the proper execution of the service
• Comply with regulations and procedures
• Welcome Customs personnel and travel to customs offices
• Evaluate financial amounts related to customs operations
• Provide technical support to customers and internal departments
• Manage disputes and defend the company's interests

With higher education in customs declaration, you benefit from a minimum of 4 years of experience which has allowed you to develop and put into practice your expertise in the field of customs and/or transport and logistics.

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and possess strong writing and oral skills.

You master professional techniques and tools: Knowledge of the Transport and International Trade environment, Mastery of the SOne port interface, Incoterms, classification and customs statuses.

You also possess a good mastery of the legal framework and regulatory obligations related to customs operations.

A good mastery of office tools is also required.

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, reactive, and have a sense of service. You demonstrate respect for rules, organization, method, and tenacity. You also know how to be proactive and know how to manage priorities.
